Winter is beginning to rear it’s ugly, uncomfortable, cold head into our days, and out are coming the dog coats and sweaters for the cool season. And it’s not just the winter coats for dogs I’m seeing more of: people are dressing their pets in sweaters for small dogs and other, lighter but warm clothing for dogs. And it’s exciting to work at the Chihuahua Shop right now because I get to see all the latest trends in dog sweaters and dog coats this season!

Talking with my neighbors and some of my dog lover friends, it seems a lot of dog people first thing of designer clothes for small dogs when first thinking about small dog clothing.
